So, who had a great Christmas? And A great New Years? And who is going to be moving out of the freak show and into the Burlesque tent?
That's right, it's me.
Though to tell the truth, I am scared to death that this year won't live up to the first few weeks and the last few of the old one. I guess I just have to stay optimistic. this is gonna be hard

Christmas in New York...Heck! Christmas any where, nothing can beat it!
I hope everyone had a nice holiday. I know the days leading up to it were particularly enjoyable. Christmas with my mother is always a mixed bag. But she seemed at least a little happy to see me alive and well. Of course she nagged me and berated me and tried to make me stay. But that's what she does best! Anyway, now that's over I can enjoy the rest of the time off here.

Any excuse to watch Holiday Inn and White Christmas is a good one. And cold days where you just want to curl up with a special someone and watch classic movies is one of them.

You know what is impossible? Shoes.
I mean I can have someone make clothes for me. (Thank god for costume designers) But shoes require either a shoemaker (which I doubt we have a bunch of elves on staff to supply) or I have to buy kids shoes. This means no heels, ever, or very little. I guess I should just consider myself lucky that little kids have interesting foot wear nowadays. But I want sparkly heels.
Oh well...at least I don't have to shop in the kid's section fully any more.

It has been a busy baking couple of days.
Made Aden some Peanut Butter Chocolate cupcakes for his birthday. And then made Vered some special Vegan Cherry Chocolate ones, since I think he needs the pick me up.
Apparently I just have way too much time on my hands.
